We’re currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel to be part of our transformational journey.

In this role, you shall be a trusted business partner and legal advisor for the Advario Group. As a key member of our team you will review, draft and negotiate legal terms and provide high quality legal advice to the business and external stakeholders. You will report to the VP Legal, Compliance and Insurance.

Your tasks:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts (e.g.: storage contracts, MoU, NDA and Supplier Agreements)

• Conduct legal due diligences

• Advice the business in relation to all legal matters

• Manage legal claims

• Work in multifunctional teams (Commercial, Finance, Procurement, HR, Business Development) to identify and implement legally integrated solutions in relation to operational matters from a legal point of view

• Working with local counsel in diverse jurisdictions on corporate and commercial issues

• Support the Insurance and compliance function where so needed

• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company's legal function.

Your profile:

• Master degree in Law with at least 3 years’ experience in a law firm and/or international company

• Sound experience in drafting, negotiating and managing different kinds of contracts

• Multi-national/multi-cultural experience

• Fluency in English

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact on various levels with different cultures

• Analytical thinker, solid judgment and integrity

• Team player; able to "build to bridge" and be "principled" at the same time

• Firm but flexible approach to problem solving

• ​Good organizational and time management skills.
