As a "Integrated Sales Manager Tech", you will be working at the centre of Maersk as a Global Integrator of Logistics: you will be the one that is going to upsell all our unparalleled end-to-end solutions to a selected number of Technology customers, as such supporting our company’s Growth agenda. Supported by a team of specialists, including Solution Designers and Success Partners, your main activities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Further grow the book of business for your selected account base
Ensure a sound, up-to-date and action driven global account plan is in place, inclusive of key initiatives and opportunities to reach preset business growth levels
Lead & engage key internal stakeholders & a team of 8 people in delivering maximum service levels and in developing tailor-made propositions to further improve your customer’s supply chain
Pre & Post Sales Responsibilities
Ensure that solutions are fully scoped with robust pre- and post-sales engagement and commitment from solutions engineering, pricing and operational teams
Ensure that customers meet committed levels of turnover and proactively address short-falls
Commercial footprint expansion
Represent Maersk in relevant industry, vertical and marketing events
Identify and share customer strategies with relevant product managers to ensure product development is aligned to changing customer needs
Who we are looking for:
An inspirational Sales Leader with a proven track record in motivating a Sales team and delivering results
Strategic mindset, ability to identify growth opportunities and win new and additional business with these customers
Excellent stakeholder management, able to set clear direction, priorities and focus, as well as network, motivate others and build lasting partnerships including at senior levels of the organization
Proven experience in leadership
Logistics knowledge – including supply chain insights
Bachelor or higher degree
Fluent in English language skills, German language is an advantage
10+ years working experience in Commercial positions
