Make your mark as a Change Release Coordinator at Boskalis!</strong></p>

As a Change Release Coordintor Information Systems, you are part of the Information Systems IT team. This team is responsible for the management and support of the information systems used within Boskalis such as ERP, HR, Logistics, and Vessel Management systems. You are responsible for the successful deployment of the services and solutions we provide to the organization and coordinate necessary changes. You facilitate improvement initiatives and ensure the successful transfer of project results to our team.</p>

Your responsibilities are</p>

  • Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations as a facilitator.</li>
  • As a facilitator of improvement initiatives, you implement changes in a project-based manner. You monitor objectives, divide work into work packages, plan the work, and report on progress to all stakeholders.</li>
  • You ensure that new suppliers perform maintenance work according to Boskalis work methods. You implement maintenance structures such as user meetings, owner groups, and CAB meetings. Additionally, you ensure the inclusion of the new service in our service catalogue.</li>
  • Determining requester satisfaction with change request.</li>
  • Analyze and enable feedback loop towards the stakeholders to improve change control process and improve quality for releases sequences.</li>
  • Ensures the administration of changes in our ITSM tool.</li>
  • Maintain close contact with user groups within Boskalis and work with them to ensure the proper deployment and successful use of the services and solutions we offer</li></ul>

    You can make your mark as if you have</strong></p>

    • You will have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in which you have developed your project management skills.</li>
    • You have extended knowledge of service management processes like ITIL or Cobit and experience with ITSM Tooling (e.g. TOPdesk or ServiceNow).</li>
    • You have demonstrated you skill in organizing, planning, prioritizing and reporting.</li>
    • You are an excellent communicator and are on top in managing your stakeholders.</li>
    • Excellent communication skills in English.</li></ul>

As a Change Release Coordintor Information Systems, you are part of the Information Systems IT team. This team is responsible for the management and support of the information systems used within Boskalis such as ERP, HR, Logistics, and Vessel Management systems. You are responsible for the successful deployment of the services and solutions we provide to the organization and coordinate necessary changes. You facilitate improvement initiatives and ensure the successful transfer of project results to our team.

Your responsibilities are

  • Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations as a facilitator.
    • \n
  • As a facilitator of improvement initiatives, you implement changes in a project-based manner. You monitor objectives, divide work into work packages, plan the work, and report on progress to all stakeholders.
    • \n
  • You ensure that new suppliers perform maintenance work according to Boskalis work methods. You implement maintenance structures such as user meetings, owner groups, and CAB meetings. Additionally, you ensure the inclusion of the new service in our service catalogue.
    • \n
  • Determining requester satisfaction with change request.
    • \n
  • Analyze and enable feedback loop towards the stakeholders to improve change control process and improve quality for releases sequences.
    • \n
  • Ensures the administration of changes in our ITSM tool.
    • \n
  • Maintain close contact with user groups within Boskalis and work with them to ensure the proper deployment and successful use of the services and solutions we offer

You can make your mark as if you have

  • You will have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in which you have developed your project management skills.
    • \n
  • You have extended knowledge of service management processes like ITIL or Cobit and experience with ITSM Tooling (e.g. TOPdesk or ServiceNow).

  • You have demonstrated you skill in organizing, planning, prioritizing and reporting.
    • \n
  • You are an excellent communicator and are on top in managing your stakeholders.
