In line with the vision for One Fugro, the company is undergoing a global transformation of finance shared services to develop and implement standardised, optimised finance processes across regional Finance Shared Service Centres (FSSCs) and entities globally.

For our head office in Leidschendam, the Netherlands, we are looking for a BPE finance with R2R and P2P experience to build an understanding of current finance processes, develop, and document target processes and implement across FSSCs globally.

In this role you act on behalf of global finance for FSSC finance processes to drive standardisation and optimisation of best practice target processes. Your role is key in ensuring the effective mapping, design, and implementation of global finance processes to support finance operations in regional FSSCs and entities. This includes managing change activities for global implementation.

Your role

• You engage with global and regional process owners including FSSC Operations Managers, Team leads / Senior Accountants and global finance to understand end-to-end processes and controls;

• You map end-to-end R2R and P2P processes for FSSCs at process, sub process, activity and working instruction level using 2C8 process modelling tool, and designing process artefacts including KPIs, RASCI and process controls;

• You plan process reviews and validation sessions with relevant FSSCs and global stakeholders till all issues resolved and global processes fully signed off;

• You drive design of standardised, harmonised global processes in line with best practice to prevent region-specific processes, with exception of local legal/regulatory requirements;

• You ensure all process documentation is captured and stored in the 2C8 process repository and support a strong internal control and control measurement culture;

• You provide current against target process fit-gap analysis for deployment of target business processes to regional FSSCs in alignment with global ERP implementation roadmap (IFS);

• You support change management activities including identifying, prioritising, and delivering process improvement initiatives in line with roadmaps and problem solving to enable achievement of required outcomes.

Your track record

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting/Business Economics or related;

• You have experience in R2R and P2P processes and of solid process mapping using industry standard process modelling tools;

• You have knowledge of mapping existing processes and designing process improvements towards best practice;

• You know how to conduct gap analysis between existing and target process improvements in line with required business needs;

• You have previous experience in managing implementation of improved processes within regional FSSC environments;

• You are driven to facilitate sustainable change management, and to increase end-user satisfaction and productivity using process improvement methodology and tools;

• You are a good communicator with excellent English language skills (both written and oral) who feels comfortable in an international & multi-stakeholder setting.
