You'll play a crucial role in guiding the business with adopting our global business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be establishing essential support structures, consistently monitoring progress, and serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting. Your scope of work extends beyond conceptualization. You'll be actively involved in the practical execution of our global digital solution rollout, engaging directly with local teams. Beyond implementation, your influence will extend to driving these solutions towards success, ensuring their integration and adoption are comprehensive and impactful.

In your role, you will closely collaborate with product owners and business units to reshape and optimize our operational processes. Your expertise and creative abilities will be crucial in crafting and implementing robust processes and guidelines, ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders involved.

Your role

• You facilitate seamless adoption by implementing, training, and supporting to ensure a smooth digital transition;

• You resolve and innovate by tackling implementation challenges with creative, effective solutions;

• You contribute to global strategy by redefining workflows and pinpointing opportunities for digital enhancement;

• You champion continuous improvement by evolving our digital processes and keeping us ahead of the curve;

• You inspire change by advocating for cutting-edge Geo-data solutions, driving adoption globally.

Your track record

• You have a BSc. degree in a relevant discipline, such as information technology, computer science or business administration, data management, process management;

• You have a proven track record in reshaping processes and optimizing operations;

• You have experience with ensuring the smooth adoption of digital solutions through implementation, training, and comprehensive support;

• You have proficiency in establishing support structures, creating and maintaining robust support systems, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting for successful implementation of solutions;

• You have a knack for creative problem-solving, addressing implementation challenges effectively with innovative and practical solutions.
