For our Innovation Team in Nootdorp we are looking for an Innovation Analyst who drives improvement within our Innovation Department. We are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude, someone who likes to question the status quo, has lots of positive energy, serves as a sparring partner for stakeholders, provides pragmatic solutions and takes pride in getting things done.

In this role, you support the Innovation Business Partners (IBPs), the Innovation Leadership team, and the Digital Transformation Organization with professionalization and continuous improvement of the portfolio management tools. These tools allow users to capture product development data and track development progress. Apart from tooling, you shape workflows together with the IBPs.

Your role

• You define tooling requirements;

• You collaborate with the DIA-team to develop and implement the tooling;

• You ensure usability of the tooling for cost and product reporting;

• You engage with stakeholders and communicate changes to users;

• You support end users;

• You develop insights to improve innovation efficiency.

Your track record

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, innovation/ project management);

• You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, design thinking, or innovation in a complex and professional setting;

• You have excellent excel skills;

• You are a self-starter with a critical and problem-solving mindset;

• You are an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
