This is the role
This position reports functionally to the TA Scoping coordinator (BoMa Maintenance). The purpose of the job is to lead the Turn Around (TA) planning phase and post-TA phase for Inspection, aligned with NL-CBI / EU-CBI / LRQA requirements (as IVG), both for TA’s at Botlek and Maasvlakte site. Works according to the OES-043 (TA excellence model) and ensures the TIER 1 milestones are met. Ideally acts as discipline lead during TA execution phase. Furthermore the scope of the role includes among other responsibilities:
⦁ Acting as focal point of the IVG organization and is responsible for obtaining buy-in from the IVG focal point at site;
⦁ Developing, setting up & training inspection execution organization;
⦁ Reviewing inspection TA work instructions, training and supporting Inspection/NDO coordinator;
⦁ Providing quality control on job preparation completeness, reviewing processed scope changes;
⦁ Acting as Owner of Support “small“ contracting activities like NDO contractor;
⦁ Ensuring timely and proper documentation of inspection findings and recommendations;
⦁ Developing inspection cost estimate and supporting the TA Controls Lead in developing budget and tracking costs;
⦁ Preparing role- and function-specific turnaround closure report, lessons learned and participating in turnaround critique.

This is what you bring
⦁ Minimal 1 TA experience as Inspector (IKT L2/3 or MLT) discipline; engineer/specialist/Lead coordinator in the Petrochemical industry
⦁ Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience;
⦁ Minimal 1 TA experience as Inspector (IKT L2/3 or MLT) discipline; engineer/specialist/Lead coordinator in the Petrochemical industry
⦁ Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch
