About the Supply Chain Management Team

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team -that is part of our Operations Department- is comprised of a group of dedicated colleagues, including 3 Warehouse Coordinators, two Supply Chain Planners, one Supply Chain Administrator, two Logistics Coordinators, one Item Master Data Specialist, three work students and a Team Lead Supply Chain Management. Together, the team efficiently manages the continuous flow of purchase orders and international logistics to meet the dynamic needs of the organization. The key challenge for the SCM team lies in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the correct goods to the right location, while optimizing cost and time.

Your role as Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be the proactive link at the center of our international logistics operations. You'll interact daily with suppliers, clients, and colleagues, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Your key responsibilities include receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods. You will provide 100% reliable shipments, tool containers and accurate stock cards. You follow established procedures, but will also initiate process improvements, to ensure the most optimal and efficient service delivery to both internal and external customers. As a Warehouse Coordinator you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Regular activities

• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items properly.

• Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately.

• Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory.

• Support our colleagues from Operations, Production and Maintenance.

• Ongoing improvement of warehouse processes.

We ask

• 3+ years of relevant work experience (ie. warehouse coordination, logistics or international transportation).

• A flexible and organized team player with a proactive mindset and a drive to get the job done.

• Excellent administrative skills, knowledge of Microsoft D365 or similar ERP system is a plus.

• Willingness to obtain license to drive a forklift and reach truck.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
