Product Development
•Investigates, identifies & recommends the most optimal methods to deliver the proposed product & bring it to life.
•Engages the relevant stakeholders to work with to initiate product development.
•Is able to articulate what the product looks like, how users interact with it, and how it performs.
•Employs user testing tactics to validate the product's desired functionality.
Product Design
•Clearly outlines all critical dependencies of the product idea which enable or hinder its success (process, legal, IT, funding, resources, etc.)
•Applies appropriate qualitative research tools & techniques to deeply understand customer’s environment, what are their jobs to be done, and how
Business Modelling
•Maps & estimates the size of the target customer segment or market
•Can explain the as-is customer experience of the current environment
•Defines the success criteria for the product
•Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that highlight a strong product market fit & potential for scale through the various stages of the product lifecycle, whilst being true to the Integrator Strategy.
Product Marketing, Ops, Fin
•Works closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and select suitable sales & promotional channels to sell the product
•Shares the value proposition with the marketing teams to craft marketing messages
•Prepares & shares the Go-To-Market plan for the product
•Defines the learning needed for the organization to ensure product selling readiness
•Develops resources (product sheets, FAQs, etc.) that provide reference information on product details (features, benefits, availability, timeline, etc.)
•Engages with other stakeholders to determine & estimate the financial metrics (PnL)of the product (incl. design, build, implementation, and management)
•Conducts pricing analysis of identical and/or similar competitor products; Outlines pricing assumptions that drive the commercials; Continually seeks to optimize revenue through product adjustments to various PnL levers, determined by analysis of financial & commercial metrics, customer feedback & willingness to pay, competitor & marketplace etc.
