Deliver operation service in line with the Maersk brand, customer value proposition and guiding principles​.
Execute the various export and import customer service processes as per global design.
Key responsibility:

Operation handling: Attend to export- or import-specific processes as assigned in the team:

  • Export-specific processes

Complete booking process, complying with SLAs and global process design

Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process design

Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.

Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release

Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms

  • Import-specific processes

1) Complete import process, complying with SLAs and global process design.

2) Execute pre-arrival and import manifest process.

3) Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open export tasks.

4) Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs.

5) Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.

Other Responsibilities

  • Resolve daily issues and adhoc cases, escalate where needed.

  • Propose solution and options to customers, support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.

  • Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.

  • Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.

Key requirements

  • Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese,..) major.

  • 1 year of working experience in SCM/OCE freight industry.

  • Influent microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)

  • Influent English, both in speking and writting. Thai, Khmer language knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication both in writting and speaking

  • Passion in working with process and customers, with a careful sense.

  • Strong customer centricity mindset

  • Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.

  • Team player, can coordinate with team mate for common goals.

  • Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus
