Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled people leader with extensive experience in HR operations and thorough knowledge of HR processes & systems. The role reports to the Head of People Advisory for Europe. The role will ideally be based in the Hague and will lead a team of People Advisors in various locations

In People Advisory we have a strong commitment towards our employees. Whether their issue is big or small, our people should feel cared for and this employee experience is our performance purpose in People Advisory. The team will furthermore support the delivery of the HR cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc. People Advisors have process interlinks with almost all parts of our People Function and we therefore need a People Advisory Manager who is strong in stakeholder management and who enjoys to build relationships based on collaboration. We succeed as one team across the People Function.

  • Leads, guides and enables engagement of a team of 10+ People Advisors spread across various countries and locations.
  • Coach and develop People Advisors, ensuring clear objectives are set and aligned with the broader People Advisory strategy.
  • Continuously fosters the development of People Advisors by ensuring a deep understanding of established processes and building expertise in the use of our HR systems
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives toward our KPI goals by identifying root causes and developing comprehensive solutions to ensure effective case management practices, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience.
  • Ensures the People Advisory team provide high-quality support and maintain accurate employee data entry in Workday, with a strong emphasis on maintaining data quality.
  • Provides guidance on local and regional subject matter expertise to processes and tasks and ensure compliance of local matter.
  • Stakeholder management by collaborating with peers across other HR workstreams to ensure alignment in support to specific key projects and proactive engagement from the People Advisory team.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues, providing guidance to People Advisors in resolving queries related to HR policies, employee benefits, and other operational matters.

You are an HR generalist and leader, with sounded experience in HR operations, systems and process savvy. You are excited about putting your expertise at work in our mission of simple and efficient employee experience. As a leader you drive a high performing culture always based on high engagement and never get tired of another coaching conversation about the well being of your team. You want to propel your career further by gaining unique transformation experience in an international environment and would like to play a key role in optimizing the service delivery landscape and solutions.

  • HR generalist/leader background from a large international organization, including HR operations
  • Payroll and works councils experience is a great benefit
  • Languages: English & Dutch
  • You believe in achieving better service delivery through leadership and engagement
  • Working previously with high volumes service delivery is an advantage
  • Passion for delivering great employee experience
  • A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
  • Resilience: the change process, is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping your enthusiasm is a tall order, but we need it
  • Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
  • A process and continuous improvement mindset who takes pride in delivering high quality and efficient HR support
  • Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
  • Low tolerance for delays and deviations
