Title: Strategy and Transformation Intern
Location: The Hague
Start date: January 2025
Hours: 32-40h/week
Contract: 6 month paid internship (not suitable for thesis)
About the internship
This internship gives you the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of transformation portfolio management in a large, international organization.
You can get involved in different projects and will have your own set of responsibilities.
You will have an assigned mentor, who will help you navigate your internship and help to create and reach your personal growth goals. You will be surrounded by seasoned experts in multiple disciplines, including corporate communications, change management, project management and TECH experts; all open to support you and help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities
Conduct data quality checks and clean-up tasks within the resource management and transformation deployment roadmap (TDR) tools
Work together with transformation portfolio team and PMOs regarding updates to the reference site
Perform data quality checks on standardized templates, including Steering Committee slide decks and Gate review decks, ensuring consistency and accuracy across documents
Provide support in the execution and coordination of the transformation portfolio and resource management team’s roadmap
Maintain the action log, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups
Coordinate activities related to the rollout of frameworks and tools, supporting the team in ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to timelines
Assist with the development and maintenance of Power BI reports
In addition to the above, other duties may be assigned outside of the scope of this description
Qualifications & requirements
Currently studying towards your Bachelor HBO / University Master’s in Sciences (M.Sc.) WO in Business, Marketing or related field.
Please note that this internship assignment is not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
Fluent in English
Note: to be considered, candidates need to be registered as a full-time student at a Dutch University during the entire internship period. Formal documentation is required to prove student status. Students from outside the EU, enrolled at a Dutch university institution are required to complete and sign a NUFFIC agreement and have it countersigned by the university.
Knowledge, skills, & abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Knowledge of Power Bi is a plus
Strong presentation, project management and organization skills
Team player and networker
Fast and eager learner with a high degree of self-motivation
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Cross-cultural and interpersonal skills to navigate a global context
