Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams for our customer portfolio to provide insights that drive decision-making, support compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes in our 4PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish clear roles and responsibilities for financial operations within logistics, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Set measurable targets, track performance, and lead regular reviews to maintain operational excellence.
Proactively analyse financial workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
Lead impactful projects to address these gaps, ensuring improvement by establishing visibility.
Monitor and control logistics-related expenses to ensure cost-efficiency while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial and logistical reporting processes.
Leverage technology and best practices to drive smarter, faster operational workflows.
Work closely with regional and global finance teams to synchronize targets, forecasts, and strategies for logistics.
Act as the financial bridge between the company and key stakeholders in a 4PL environment.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for logistics operations, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards
What You Bring to the Table
accounting knowledge
minimum of 3 years of experience in finance related functions
proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for finance and logistics
interested in technological developments and their implementation into daily life to improve the teams efficiency
Fluent written and oral English
