Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams for our customer portfolio to provide insights that drive decision-making, support compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes in our 4PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for financial operations within logistics, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

• Set measurable targets, track performance, and lead regular reviews to maintain operational excellence.

• Proactively analyse financial workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps.

• Lead impactful projects to address these gaps, ensuring improvement by establishing visibility.

• Monitor and control logistics-related expenses to ensure cost-efficiency while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

• Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial and logistical reporting processes.

• Leverage technology and best practices to drive smarter, faster operational workflows.

• Work closely with regional and global finance teams to synchronize targets, forecasts, and strategies for logistics.

• Act as the financial bridge between the company and key stakeholders in a 4PL environment.

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for logistics operations, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards

What You Bring to the Table

• accounting knowledge

• minimum of 3 years of experience in finance related functions

• proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for finance and logistics

• interested in technological developments and their implementation into daily life to improve the teams efficiency

• Fluent written and oral English
