People Integration Specialist, Business Implementation

People function and overall People agenda is at the core of this strategy. In addition to the standing organization, we are looking for an additional support within People Integration team, this is 1 year assignment with possibility of extension. Role of People Integration Specialist will be focusing on 3 main areas: 1) Support improvement projects, developing processes, best practices and standards 2) Coordination of daily people activities 3) Support international assignees and develop Business Implementation (BIM) processes for the same.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Co-lead improvement projects such as:
- Terminal in a Box.
- Business Implementation People Integration manual and service delivery/catalogue.
- Business development HR tolls.
- M & A and Post Merger Integration HR tools.
- Skills gap analysis / success profiles.
- Retention and rotation policy and process for BIM.
- Onboarding for BIM employees – refresh and improve.
- Develop and own BIM HR Teamsite. Actively work with colleagues and other customers to bettwe understand needs and manage Teamsite accordingly.
- Help in developing and further advancing BIM HR data analytics tools and processes.
- Gather, maintain and deliver monthly HR performance information for BIM.
- Coordinate recruitment process together with dedicated talent acquisition partners globally and support HQ employees in onboarding.
- Support BIM leaders, projects and employees with HR operations (systems, documents, contracts, data, etc).
- Coordinate and support people mobility (international moves) within BIM.
- Data gathering, analytics, work and propose solutions and options that will enable project leaders to make best decisions.
- Develop consolidated reporting tools for all projects and ensure regular reporting on key HR metrics.
- In alignment with APM Terminals and Maersk annual People calendar, develop BIM HR calendar.
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of overall professional experience within HR.
- Experienced and comfortable with working on data and analytics, People (HR) systems.
- Ability to gather, interpret and present People (HR) related data and analytics.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Disciplined and diligent in meeting deadlines and agreed objectives.
- High analytical abilities combined with good presentation skills.
- Possess empathy, personal tact, cultural understanding and strong communication skills, integrity.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Ambitious and result oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive
