Purpose of the role:
At APMT, we believe that the success of our Investments Strategy comes from seamlessly integrating and executing key projects and initiatives. Our investment team is dedicated to realizing APMT’s vision by driving effective deal strategizing across win opportunities whilst leveraging insightful reports and cross-functional updates to inform decision-making and foster strategic growth.
As the Growth Manager in our team, you will be at the forefront of driving our deal strategizing setup, ensuring proper preparation, execution and follow-up on key deals, and driving the training and change management needed across APMT, including onboarding of new colleagues and other functions in our growth methodology to ensure one way of working across projects. Further you will support the key growth conversations in the leadership team around our pipeline and the most important opportunities to ensure transparency, prioritization and decision making.

As the Growth Manager in the Investments team, you would be accountable for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting our growth deal teams with preparation, execution and follow-up
Maintain and upgrade growth tools and frameworks
Monitor performance across growth opportunities
Secure training and change management activities required, i.e onboarding and training of new hires
Preparing reporting and materials for Pipeline & capacity meetings, CEO memos and Quarterly Growth Review meetings
Develop and maintain investment templates (e.g., project charters, deep dive materials, Steerco documents).
Coordinate with project leads to ensure the right resources are allocated to different projects
Lead the monthly functions call and act as the main contact point for functions on project prioritization, and resource allocation.
What are we looking for:

You must display a true team player attitude with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. You probably have a background in management consulting or from an internal strategy team in a large global organization, where you are used to driving strategic projects in complex cross functional environments,
Must Haves
Strong facilitation skills with experience in leading meetings and workshops, driving alignment, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Strong commercial problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Knowledge and experience within pipeline and opportunity management
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Good Organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and experience in driving strategic projects applying proven frameworks
