Purpose of the role:
At APMT, we believe that the success of our Investments Strategy comes from seamlessly integrating and executing key projects and initiatives. Our investment team is dedicated to realizing APMT’s vision by driving effective deal strategizing across win opportunities. We leverage digital solutions including capacity and resource data models, opportunity and portfolio dashboards and cross-functional reviews to inform decision-making and foster strategic growth.
As the Capacity and Resource Manager in the Investments team, you will be pivotal in securing efficient allocation and usage of our key resources needed to win investment projects. You will be leading the work on all digital solutions and tools supporting the growth opportunities and our key growth meetings. This includes maintaining and updating data models, interfaces, dashboards and monitoring and presenting capacity and utilization data.

As the Capacity and Resource Manager in the Investments team, you would be accountable for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update capacity and resource data model
Maintain and update output / dashboards relevant for decision-making – both across projects and for each project (e.g. linked to win rooms / pipeline and capacity meetings)
Design, architect, develop and maintain custom scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI ensuring scalability, best practices, and conformance to business objectives.
Creating and maintaining documentation to support the development of above-mentioned solutions.
Collaboration with cross functional teams such as Commercial, Investments Analytics, Design & Engineering, Project Execution, at all levels.
Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Stay up to date with the latest Power platform feature and trends.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes using MS power platform tools.
Ensure timely delivery of recurring capacity reports needed for the Growth meeting cadence.
Coordinate with project leads to ensure the right resources are allocated to different projects.
What we are looking for:

You probably have a background in consulting or from an internal team in a large global organization, where you are used to driving projects and initiatives in complex cross functional environments;
Must Haves
Extensive experience in MS Power Platforms - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi development experience with knowledge of data modelling and DAX.
Proven experience as a Project Manager. PMP Certification will be an advantage.
Experience in Custom control developments in PowerApps. Good understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
Expertise in design and develop canvas / custom based Apps
Experience in using Dataverse / SharePoint Lists as a source
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Good Organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task
General understanding of procurement-related technologies is vital
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
