At Maersk, we’re looking for a Customs Process Engineer (Senior Specialist) to join our team in Warsaw. This is your opportunity to work with a global leader in logistics, where you’ll play a key role in optimizing customs processes and supporting digital transformation.
In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to streamlining operations, implementing automation, and enhancing efficiency. You’ll contribute to process improvements, ensure seamless implementation of new workflows, and act as a SuperUser for our digital solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do—you’ll engage with teams across Europe, drive engagement in digitalization, and support skills development to ensure we stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
- Optimizing and Automating Processes – Streamline workflows, enhance digital solutions, and implement automation for smarter operations.
- Driving Digital Transformation – Promote engagement and motivation for increased digitalization within teams.
- Collaboration Across Borders – Work within the European CPE community to share best practices and support international projects.
- Skills Development – Identify training needs, support upskilling, and help teams adapt to new digital tools.
- Implementing New Workflows – Ensure smooth transitions when introducing improvements and onboarding new customers.
We’re looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. You should have experience working in a regulated environment, be fluent in English, and have a talent for building strong business relationships. If you have customs experience (especially with UK imports/exports), a customs certification, or experience working in a large organization, that’s a big plus!
