Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to enhance customer relations, drive sales, and manage key accounts effectively in the Apparel industry.

You are driven, proactive, and ready to make a significant impact on our sales team. This role will be crucial in driving our sales efforts and promoting our top-tier apparel products. You'll leverage your industry experience and vast network to connect with top retailers, forging partnerships that will propel us to the top. Your strategic approach and keen insights will directly influence our client management strategies and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by achieving sales objectives in existing key accounts and new accounts within the Club, Federation, B2B, and Workwear sectors through full product selling and merchandising.

  • Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.

  • Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and retailers.

  • Using business systems to effectively analyze sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts and performing efficient pipeline management.


What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, product management, marketing, or other directly related experience

  • You stand out in the industry with your in-depth knowledge of various textile embellishment techniques.

  • You are a Networker by heart! You are well-connected in the textile industry/Apparel, enabling you to hit the ground running

  • You have an extensive network and connections in the apparel ecosystem and Promotional

  • Knowledgeable in conducting market and territory analysis and planning, paired with excellent negotiation skills

  • Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
