Job Description

What we can offer you! - Your Role

As a Data Solutions Specialist you will play an important role in the support and maintenance of our relationship with retailers and brand customers. You will help manage our customers’ variable data for printed labelling including price/size tags as well as care and content labels including RFID and brand protection solutions. The work involves cooperation with global production locations, IT teams and automation specialists to ensure the smooth operation and improvement of online ordering, production and information solutions.Together with colleagues from our commercial organisation, you will be part of a customer focussed team dedicated to understand, develop and satisfy our customers’ needs and requirements.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Function as a primary and direct point of contact for retailers and brand customers as well as our production locations around the world

  • Provide guidance to customers on optimal solutions preparing Statement of Work documentation including functional and data requirements for programme design, schedule, and implementation

  • Investigate and resolve customer and production issues through the use of systems or communication with production sites and various support teams

  • Lead calls with IT, Commercial, & Operations teams to ensure all requirements are understood and fulfilled

  • Work together with internal teams to help ensure solutions and amendments are implemented using agreed tools, systems and processes

  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Build and maintain data information in our internal systems and our online ordering solution.

  • Collaborate with Operations teams and provide training to enable effective roll out and ongoing troubleshooting to resolve issues

Qualifications

What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • Fluency in French and English is a must

  • Strong interest for information technology solutions and data analysis including a knowledge of spreadsheet software and database creation such as G Suite from Google and Excel.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, investigative mindset and a keenness to resolve and find the cause of problems

  • Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality with an ability to establish and maintain good relationships both internally and with our customers

  • Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and capacity to be highly organised and work independently while coordinating multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines

  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude towards presenting both internally and to customers

  • Commercial Education, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience

  • Fluent English is mandatory. Other languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to be flexible towards working hours and occasional off-site travel.
