Job Description
This is an opportunity to work 32 hours a week. We are looking for an HR Representative for the Netherlands, based at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with your colleague HR Representatives and HR Business Partners. You will collaborate closely with other functions, partnering with leaders and team members to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role offers diverse HR experience, allowing you to gain expertise in various HR disciplines.
Ensure business continuity and be responsible for all HR tasks and processes, together with the team.
Act as a trusted advisor and provide support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, from onboarding and performance management to legal compliance.
Consulting on career/skill development opportunities and plans with a view to talent development and succession planning for our teams
Be a change agent! Lead and participate in exciting (inter)national projects focused on talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability, future of work, and process optimization.
Collaborate effectively with our HR Center of Excellence (Global Workforce Operations) to leverage expertise and best practices.
Qualifications
Degree preferably in the field of human resources, law, business organization or psychology or similar
First experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international (matrix) organization
First knowledge of topics such as recruitment, employee and organizational development, coaching/advising of managers of as well as handling labor law topics
Broad basic understanding of the Dutch employment law/practices
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willingness to learn and grow alongside our business growth
Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurial thinking to build sustainable projects.
Flexibility to commute to other AD sites (located around Oegstgeest)
