We are looking for a Document Controller to manage, organise, and maintain all project-related documentation to ensure that files are properly tracked, stored, and distributed to relevant stakeholders for efficient project execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Organise, track, and store all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that all documents meet project standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Ensure proper version control, updating documents as needed, and keeping track of revisions to ensure consistency.
- Send documents to the appropriate internal and external team members, ensuring timely access to required information.
- Assist project teams by retrieving necessary documents and ensuring they have access to the latest versions.
- Implement and manage digital or physical systems for document storage and retrieval.
- Track deadlines for document submissions and ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time.
- Perform regular audits of document control systems to ensure all documents are up to date and properly filed.
Requirements Document Controller
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Information Management.
- Prior experience in a similar document control role, particularly in engineering, construction, or oil & gas industries.
- Familiarity with digital document control systems, such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently and maintain high levels of organisation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software for managing documents.
- Knowledge of best practices in document control, including version control, tracking, and archiving.
