We are looking for a Process Safety Engineer to ensure the safe design, operation, and maintenance of offshore facilities by supporting the implementation of safety management systems, conducting audits, investigating safety incidents, and applying relevant safety standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Process Safety Management (PSM) framework and procedures.
- Collaborate in the audit and review of process safety management systems.
- Classify Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) incidents and monitor safety performance indicators.
- Conduct reporting and trend analysis on process safety data.
- Provide support in investigating LOPC incidents and process safety investigations.
- Follow-up on actions from process safety investigations to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Process Safety Management.
- Apply and ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards and requirements (e.g., IOGP, API, Energy Institute)
Requirements Process Safety Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or Process Safety Engineering.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret safety data.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to travel, as international business trips may be required.
- Proficiency in applying industry safety standards and regulations (e.g., IOGP, API, Energy Institute)
