We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee the global transport of cargo and equipment. You will ensure compliance with regulations, optimise logistics solutions, and collaborate across departments for seamless operations.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate, and oversee global cargo and equipment transportation.
- Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Collaborate across departments (Project Operations, Offshore Resources, etc.) to optimise logistics solutions.
- Liaise with external partners, freight forwarders, and service providers to enhance transportation efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company standards while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Address logistics-related queries and concerns from stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Review and prepare shipping documents based on destination-specific requirements.
- Work with customs agents, declarants, and local authorities to resolve customs-related issues or delays.
- Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
- Collect and analyse data to assess logistics performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team to improve logistics efficiency.
Requirements Logistics Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in Logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, international transport, warehousing, and customs.
- Familiarity with local and international transport regulations, customs procedures, import/export laws, transport documentation, dangerous goods handling, and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail in logistics operations.
- High negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel when required.
