We are looking for a FID Tender Support Manager to provide expert technical guidance and support on wind foundation installation and heavy lift operations, delivering high-quality and consistent input for tender processes while collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between project requirements, vessel capabilities, and installation methodologies.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical guidance on wind foundation installation and heavy lift operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for Sales and Marketing teams regarding foundation installation and heavy lift vessel operations.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and internal tender teams to deliver technical input and feasibility assessments.
- Maintain an overview of vessel capabilities and limitations, striving to expand capabilities and address challenges.
- Conduct initial tender screenings and advise on vessel selection and installation methods.
- Review tender requirements, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance and feasibility.
- Monitor, forecast, and coordinate departmental resource requirements for tender support.
- Ensure consistency of tender input across different vessels and tenders.
- Work with vessel teams to ensure a timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery of tender input.
- Implement and maintain a consistent process for FID tender support, managing templates, guidelines, and documentation.
Requirements FID Tender Support Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in large-scale tenders or projects, preferably in offshore renewables or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in wind foundation installation methods and heavy lift operations.
- Strong technical background with a good commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Effective leadership qualities to guide personal and support tender processes.
- Skilled in written and spoken English, with an awareness of cultural diversity in a global work environment.
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to set and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive in maintaining consistency and quality across tender processes.
