Mission:

Maintain all the import process under control, coordinating with suppliers, customers and all team members.

To manage all deliveries from the warehouse to customers considering and controlling input and output inventories. Control of the stocks.

Key Responsibilities:

Import Management:

  • Manage and coordinate the import process. Follow up and monitor all activities from the port of origin to the destination port and into the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with logistics suppliers such as shipping lines, warehouses, customs brokers, etc.
  • Notify the team and customers about product arrivals, especially in cases of delays or disruptions. Ensure all shipments comply with Purchase Orders and Packing Lists.

Inventory Management:

  • Register packing lists in the system according to the physical stock received. Collect documentation for post-good issues and provide necessary information to the Finance team.
  • Manage daily inventory and maintain up-to-date records of stocks across all plants.

Operation Management:

  • Manage orders for value-added services like repacking, restacking, ripening, etc., and coordinate with all logistics suppliers.

Deliveries:

  • Register outbound deliveries in SAP and ensure all deliveries are arranged according to sales orders until the product reaches its destination.

Expenses Management:

  • Manage expenses according to established rates. Validate logistics invoices.

Competences: Results orientated, Flexibility, Innovation and improvement, Communication and Influence People management skills, Planning and Strategic thinking

Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Business Management

Knowledge:

  • Languages: English (mandatory), Spanish (mandatory) Dutch (as a plus)
  • Software: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel
