Operations Support – Site Trainer

The Position

Reporting directly to the Head of Production specifically to build employee competency and capability within Production. Establishing guidelines to new hires and current workers in their training and development standard. Acts as CI champion in assigned areas to improve Cultural Behaviors and standards. Also support in implementing projects into production, as a link between production, project group and CI Lead.

The main activities and responsibilities

• Assure that all operation employees are qualified according with their job description.

• Support the CI lead with the implementation of the continuous improvement initiatives & projects in Production areas.
• Guide the new hires through their induction process within the production areas.
• Serving as coach who coordinates workshops and team trainings.
• Sharing guidance and getting technical expertise from teamwork and brainstorming.
• Ensuring that learning resources are widely available.
• Ensure production data for implementation of projects.
• Integrate the new hires with their shifts, production leaders, Star points and teammates.
• Continuously communicates with Production Leaders for the proper shift role definition with productive areas.
• Assure that all procedures and trainings are according to Centrient Policies in SHE and Quality.
• Develop in collaboration with HR a strategy for training and on-boarding.
• Support the productive areas with the process optimization and standardization.
• Supporting the Production Operations Leaders with daily tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

• 15 Years of Experience in Production.
• 5 Years of Experience with Continuous Improvement Methodologies & Training Activities.
• Highly Skilled in:
