Your role in our team
You'll be working on a Mission Critical System within the Galileo infrastructure, where complexity meets the challenge of operational excellence and near 100% availability. Your role is vital for enhancing the security and data protection of this navigation mission. Your key responsibilities are:
• You'll be at the forefront of software development, tackling component and element requirements. This includes everything from in-depth investigation to proposing innovative solutions, implementing them, and rigorously reviewing code.

• Your meticulous eye will also extend to reviewing the required documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are well-documented and understood.

Our ideal candidate is a force to be reckoned with, someone who brings a unique blend of qualities and expertise that truly elevates our team. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Your educational background is solid, with a focus on Information Technology or a related field. Alternatively, you have a wealth of hands-on experience that demonstrates an equivalent working level.
• You come to the table with 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer. Your expertise in object-oriented programming, particularly in Java, sets you apart.
• If you have experience with GSWS standards or their equivalents, it's a definite advantage. It shows you're ready to hit the ground running.
• You possess a fervent passion for software development within highly complex space systems. You're not content with the status quo; you're driven to explore, investigate, and innovate.
Please note that holding an EU passport is mandatory for obtaining an EU Personal Security Clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level, which is a part of our selection process.
