As a Revenue operations and collection specialist you are supporting the commercial and finance team in different operational and administrative processes. You work accurately and have a critical mindset. In your role you act as a gatekeeper between the commercial and financial organization, where you assist in Order-to-Cash processes such as Order Confirmation creation, subscription maintenance, invoicing and cash collection.

In addition to taking care of administrative and operational tasks, it is your responsibility to improve and automate these processes as you go, in order reduce manual work. You work together with a Sr. Support and Operations specialist in your region, who can support you in developing the required knowledge and delivering high quality output.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as 1st line of support to the commercial team and provide support in operational and administrative processes:
    • Assisting in order confirmation creation
    • Evaluate commercial agreements according to company guidelines
    • Timely and correctly documenting and storing details of commercial agreements in tooling.
    • Guiding the commercial team in correct usage of company tooling.
  • Assist with documenting the commercial agreement in financial administration and guarantee complete contract administration and accurate invoicing.
  • Support the finance team in periodic contract indexation.
  • Evaluate commercial reporting on accurateness and completeness.
  • Responsible for customers inquiries on invoices, open invoices and payments.
  • Support the global RevOps team in correct process documentation and maintaining the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations/Administrative roles.
  • At least a MBO Diploma related to finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to details: ability to work precisely and thoroughly according to processes.
  • Great numerical and Excel Skills.
