Job Description

For our location in Sassenheim, we are looking for a pro-active Sample Management Technician to join our team. As a Sample Management Technician you will be responsible for all sample management activities, waste management and documentation management.

• Sample Management activities including but not limited to sample handling, coordination, ensuring chain of custody in LIMS, communication to QC, etc.
• Media logistics.
• Daily autoclaving
• Waste management.
• Hospital bin transport.
• Ensure all regulatory GxP guidance, procedures and SOPs are followed
• Ensure continuous quality improvement and “5S”/Lean transformation in operations.
• Sample aliquoting will be performed in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• MLO or Bachelor’s degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, life sciences (or equivalent).
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• You are a team player, self-motivated, pro-active, accurate and enthusiastic.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GMP is preferred.
• You are a quick learner who strives to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
