Eye Security is a fast-growing international scale up providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to organizations in Europe. We’re a lean team in a high growth phase, hiring across Europe, HQ in the Netherlands.

About the role:

As a Project Manager working at Eye, you will work at the heart of our Operations team. This means that, together with our Customer Success, Service Delivery and Support Team you will try to understand and solve any potential obstacles, in addition to resolving complex strategic and organizational challenges.

Your role at Eye:

• Manage Internal & B2B client-facing projects with multiple phases, teams and stakeholders from start to finish.

• Provide project oversight and escalate issues as appropriate.

• Work alongside multiple teams and internal stakeholders, engage and drive various teams to peak performance on every project.

• Manage the relationship with the stakeholders ensuring communication of any potential challenges are covered.

• Tackle tough internal projects such as new tool development and implementations; executing changes to policy and standards.

• Coordinating internal resources for flawless execution of the projects.

• Arranging or facilitating logistics of each project, including setting up shared folders, meetings, and managing our dynamic staffing requirements.

• Developing and executing detailed project plans.
