Job Description

Working with Fugro, industry leader in Geo-data, in a global role leading strategy implementation design and delivery you will work in a well-established dynamic and fun strategy team, which works closely with the CEO, board of directors, and global leadership teams. After completing the design of our 5-year strategy plan, we are now moving to the implementation, planning and design of the delivery. If you have the right amount of experience in designing and delivering transformations, this position might be interesting for you!

Your role

• You will be engaging at a deep level across our organizations businesses, working with global teams to build the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensuring the sustainability of those results;

• You will lead, coach and motivate the global functions and service line leaders and teams to develop strategy implementation projects and plans;

• You will monitor success, develop approaches and solutions for global multi-million initiatives covering multiple disciplines, markets and service lines;

• You will lead engagement on multiple initiatives in parallel;

• You will mobilize stakeholders and substantiate ideas into well-articulated plans;

Your track record

• You have a Master’s degree;

• You have at least 10 years’ experience in consulting and you have additional experience in leading complex global transformations in a similar industry as Fugro;

• You have strong business acumen and a deep understanding of change management;

• You have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;

• You have strong problem solving skills and the ability to deep dive in and structure technology questions;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
