Your role extends beyond routine tasks, as you take charge of project and process delivery, working closely with the Global Managers and collaborating with Regional HR teams. Your role:

  • You are the key contributor to the Talent & Leadership Function, specialized in the field of Talent, Performance, Leadership and/or Culture & Belonging;

  • You work on multiple initiatives within the Talent & Leadership team, supporting implementation and contributing to the Talent & Leadership Strategy;

  • You are in charge of the day-to-day management of annual Talent, Performance or Leadership Development processes; communication, monitoring progress, point of contact for HR and business stakeholders;

  • You collect, analyse, visualize and translate data into actionable insights that inform talent and leadership processes and enable informed decision making;

  • You provide support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on talent and leadership related matters in the respective portfolio.

Your track record

  • You have BSc degree in Human Resources, Project management and Planning or a related field;

  • You have experience in Project and Process Management, Change Management and Data Visualization;

  • You are specialized in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development programs, Performance Management and/or Culture & Belonging topics;

  • You have great stakeholder management skills and good analytical thinking skills;

  • You have excellent English language and communication skills. You are also able to communicate at all levels of the organization;
