The Global Manager Talent is responsible for strengthening the Fugro workforce by ensuring employees are placed in the right role at the right time via a steady talent pipeline, strategic workforce planning and robust talent mobility. Fugro has a deep commitment to the engagement and development of their employees. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Leadership, you will own Fugro's Talent Strategy and design key strategic Talent initiatives, play a critical role in crafting and safeguarding Fugro’s culture and values through innovative solutions for career development and succession.

We are looking for a strategic, action-oriented and pragmatic leader, who is passionate about people development, takes inclusivity and collaboration to the next level and enjoys designing and executing fit for purpose strategies. Your role

  • In collaboration with global and regional leadership and in alignment with business strategy and goals, you design and execute the Talent vision and strategy;

  • You design, optimize, own and drive people processes globally. This includes development planning, talent evaluation and succession planning;

  • You educate stakeholders on Fugro’s talent planning framework, build support materials and facilitate talent reviews in partnership with the Global Head of Talent & Leadership. You enhance HR Partners’ strategic ability to drive talent discussions and support business leaders through transformation and growth;

  • You build innovative and agile career development tools you engage our employees, identify internal talent and differentiate development;

  • You are a champion of internal mobility by designing Global talent councils aimed at enabling development and career growth. You liaise with regional teams for extensive opportunities;

  • You embed data and analytics in the evaluation of Talent & Diversity bench strength, as well as in evaluation of program effectiveness;

  • You guide managers with performance and career conversations, development plans/career growth plans and other development initiatives.

Your track record

  • You bring 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development or related field;

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and are experienced in Project Management & Planning, People Management, Strategic thinking and planning, communication and stakeholder management, preferable In a global environment;

  • You are a Subject matter expertise (SME) in areas of Succession Planning, Talent Pipeline, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Mobility;

  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
