Join our dynamic Fleet Development team as a Document Controller in Leidschendam, the Netherlands. We're on a mission to revolutionize our fleet, steering it towards a more sustainable and efficient future fleet.

As a Document Controller, you'll be the guardian of our fleet's technical documentation, ensuring it's organized and up-to-date. We need additional support to cope with the project workload, with 4 additional vessel purchased in 2023 & new design projects. Picture yourself behind the scenes, supporting our department and jumping into exciting projects when needed. This role is a blend of responsibility and variety, where your proactive mindset will shine as you collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Your role

• You manage the technical documentation database and keep it updated;

• You assist Fleet Development project teams with document control and with administrative tasks;

• You identify the need for documentation, oversee the introduction of new documents and ensure that any duplication is identified and removed;

• You promote the use of standardised documentation within the company;

• You execute minor updates to technical documentation.

Your track record

• You have at least 3 years relevant work experience as a Document Controller;

• You have in-depth knowledge of Document Management Systems and MS office applications (Excel, Sharepoint);

• You are familiar with technical drawings and documentation, and preferably with Autocad;

• You preferably have some experience in the maritime industry;

• You have a good command of the English language (both verbal and in writing).
