For our HQ in Leidschendam, we are looking for a SharePoint specialist. In this position you will be part of the Shape/SharePoint team within Global Application Services. You will gain broad knowledge of the company’s activities globally, as well as understand how IT supports our Geo Intelligence business. You will be exposed to a wide and challenging range of business issues through regular engagement with key stakeholders across all management levels within Fugro. You will work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network. Within your role, you will be working with a wide range of tools and technologies. These include, but are not limited to M365 SharePoint, Teams, SHAPE, PowerShell, PNP Framework, Power Automate, PowerApps build on SharePoint, Visual Studio code, XML code, Microsoft Copilot, ShareGate, Microsoft Entra ID and Azure DevOps.

Your role

• You will be responsible for support/adoption to all Fugro users;

• You are partly responsible for developing SHAPE solutions together with the supplier;

• You keep up with the Microsoft roadmap and will participate in changes/new features actively;

• You implement and improve governance, innovate our way of working and automate repetitive tasks;

• You will consult/develop on M365 services like: SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform to support Fugro employees with their requests/issues;

• You implement and maintain Document Management Systems;

• You are responsible for our products & tooling on the M365 Sandbox environment.

Your track record

• You have a BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, or experience in related field;

• You have in depth knowledge of and experience with SharePoint;

• You have extensive knowledge of the PNP framework and Power Shell for SharePoint.

• You also have practical experience with and technical knowledge of Teams, Power Automate, Logic apps and front-end development (for example: SPFX webparts, JavaScript, HTML, JavaScript Frameworks;

• You have strong customer orientation capabilities, effective communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
