In this role, your expertise will drive the functional evolution of our AI systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and quality. Your role

• You design functional processes for global applications in line with Fugro’s standardized business processes and translate and integrate standard processes into global applications;

• You oversee system configuration, advise deployment teams on blueprint-aligned system usage and make sure that configurations and specifications are well documented;

• You make sure that applications are fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner;

• You make sure that testing is coordinated and followed up on, making sure that it is ready to be handed over for testing;

• You advice the deployment teams and the regional application support teams about the correct use of the applications;

• You collaborate with:

• Business Process Owners to make sure that business processes are supported;

• The Information Security team to make sure that business processes are compliant with the information security system and privacy.

• The applications architects to ensure that the applications comply with the architectural principles;

• Project managers to ensure a timely delivery of the solution according to the requirements.

Your track record

• You have a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field;

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an international project based company and/or related industries with several years of experience in implementing AI solutions with experience in SQL, dimensional modeling and ETL processes. As a plus, you have relevant certifications such as ITIL, ITSM and familiarity with tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps;

• You have effective communication skills and are able to communicate at all levels of the organization;

• You have the ability to understand high level software and systems architecture related to AI;

• Your communication skills are effective on both technical and non-technical level. With this, you are able to communicate across functions;

• You are process driven, have attention to detail and take ownership;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
