As the leader of the global ITAM team, you will spearhead the assessment and reporting of associated risks and costs for IT assets and their vendors throughout the entire IT asset lifecycle.

This aligns with Fugro's strategy and IT asset portfolio, allowing you to develop optimisation and mitigation strategies. Showcase your expertise in managing complex situations, overseeing international stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

Your role

• Directing and ensuring the smooth execution of the IT asset management activities coordinated by the team;

• Leading the continuous transformation into a streamlined and highly effective ITAM practice;

• Initiating and leading optimisation initiatives with IT vendors to ensure the cost-efficient and compliant use of licenses and IT assets;

• Creating and executing strategic communication and education plans to ensure stakeholder understanding and engagement;

• Contributing to and liaising with stakeholders for the effective application of the risk management framework.

Your track record

• Bachelor and/or Master working and thinking level and preferably a completed education in a direction relevant to the position (Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field);

• Over 5 years of work experience, preferably in IT Asset or Contract Management, IT Finance or IT Project Management;

• Strong conceptual thinking and advanced negotiation skills to effectively manage and resolve optimisation challenges;

• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for engaging in dynamic discussions and sparring with team members and stakeholders across various disciplines;

• Excellent English language skills, both written and oral;

• Knowledge of with IT Services organizations in large corporations and experience with best practice frameworks, such as:

• Certified Software Asset Management (CSAM),

• Technology Business Management (TBM),

• ISO/IEC 19770 – Information Technology – IT Asset Management, COBIT.
