Job Description
In this position you will be a member of the EUAF Land Business Line leadership team. The Regional Service Line Director will be responsible for executing the short to mid-term strategic direction of the Service Line within the framework of the regional Business Line. This includes developing and applying relevant Service Line expertise across the Europe Africa region, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring continuous development through innovations.
Your role
This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
You will be responsible for planning and executing Service Line objectives, managing P&L, and making key decisions on capital allocation. Your focus on client relationships and business development will be essential, as will your commitment to innovation.
In this role, you will coordinate project resources to ensure timely delivery of quality data and manage project processes effectively. You will also identify and nurture talent, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting our value propositions.
Your strategic interactions with Regional and Global Service Line Directors will ensure optimal deployment of people, locations, and assets. You will drive continuous development within the Service Line and support the profitability of the land business across the region.
Key performance indicators include managing the P&L, conducting annual competitor and market reviews, and implementing talent identification and succession planning. Your commitment to HSSE standards will promote a strong safety culture.
Your track record
A bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
You have a deep understanding of market trends and insights, which enables you to make strategic decisions. You possess a strong drive to innovate and move beyond traditional approaches.
You have extensive experience in project management, business development, and leading proposal teams. You should be an expert in managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your skills in developing compelling proposals are advanced, as is your ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are essential.
