Are you passionate about creating innovative business applications and automation solutions? We're seeking a Low-Code Developer to join our Europe & Africa (EUAF) IT team. You'll leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge solutions. As the primary low-code expert in EUAF IT, you'll guide and support business users in meeting their needs or developing their own applications and establish the structure to support and scale low-code development within the team.

Your role

• You analyze business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into technical solution by developing, configuring, and deploying applications using Power Apps and Power Automate;

• You create and manage low-code application portfolio in EUAF region, maintain and improve them;

• You act as the primary contact point for all users in the EUAF region, providing technical guidance and support. Enable and train business users to develop their own applications where necessary. Build community of makers ad champions in the region;

• You work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions. You also provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use the provided applications

• You integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources, if needed.

• You establish and maintain a structured low-code environment within the EUAF IT team in alignment with the Global IT team on standards, security, and governance within the Power Platform environment.

Your track record

• You have a BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with low-code platform;

• You have strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and a strong knowledge of low-code development principles & best practices;

• You have experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Dataverse;

• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• As a plus, you have knowledge of Power BI, Azure Services and API integrations;

• As a plus, you are experienced with low-code tools such as OutSystems.
