As an Assistant Finance Manager your work will directly impact how some of the world’s leading organizations leverage Jedlix software platform to enable smart charging services at scale.

In this role, you will contribute with relevant financial insights that will directly influence the Management Team's business decisions. You will have comprehensive access to the entire finance domain, assisting the Finance Manager in both strategic and operational finance, as well as accounting initiatives. The understanding and control of Jedlix’s finance and business model will be essential in driving the company's growth.

🌍Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting on the execution of financial duties, compiling financial reports and owning the month-end process
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts as well as monitoring financial metrics and KPIs to ensure financial stability
• Supporting on the implementation of a new operational system
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling accounts
• Assisting with audits
• Issuing sales transaction invoices
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Assisting in preparing sales reports, as sales performance and customer analytics
• Provide administrative support to HR
• Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
  
  

🚀 What you bring:

• A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant financial position
• A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements
• Fast learner and independently worker
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of accounting software programs (experience with NetSuite is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and in Dutch
