Customer Integration Engineer

Mainblades is looking for a customer integration engineer to help onboard our customers and integrate our product into their daily operations.
We’re have developed a new product that enables digital aircraft inspections. Our drones automatically fly around aircraft, collect inspection data, and analyze it for damages. The results are then made available to end users such as maintenance engineers and mechanics. Currently, our product is used by several airlines and aircraft maintenance organizations across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.
With several new customers on the way, we're excited to grow next year – but we need the right people to help us make it happen. We are looking for someone who can manage the customer integration process end-to-end: from product demonstrations and staff training to regulatory support. This role is ideal for someone with experience within aircraft maintenance, who has a technical foundation, but most of all is talented for and enjoys working closely with customers. You will serve as the bridge between customer operations, product, and commercial expansion.
🛠️ What you will be doing:
- Facilitate smooth integration of our drones within customer maintenance workflows and operations.
- Lead technical training, certification processes, and support customers in gaining regulatory approval.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical support, collaborating closely with commercial and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
🎯About you:
- You are a proactive, communicative person.
- Preferably, you have experience or knowledge in aircraft maintenance, knowledge of operating manuals, abbreviations, procedures, and processes.
- Ideally, you have with a strong affinity for engineering technology and enjoy connecting customer needs with technical solutions.
- You thrive in dynamic situations, quickly adapt when plans change can easily deal with shifting priorities.
- You like engaging with customers, regulators, OEMs, and our technical staff to ensure our product meets all their needs.
- Traveling and supporting customers around the world, sometimes for several weeks at a time, is a part of fulfilling this role.
✨Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in a product integration or process development role within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
- Familiar with regulatory processes and (Part 145/121) MRO operations.
