MIMETAS is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our HR department in the Leiden area, the Netherlands, starting Feb 2024 for a period of 6 months. You will initiate new projects, such as company-wide employee surveys, improve our recruitment protocol, and assist in further optimizing and automating our current HR processes.

Your tasks will include
Implement HR systems/tooling for surveys;
Support with Recruitment and Onboarding activities;
Maintain and update HR documentation, update employee details in HR software;
You'll assist in meaningful projects, for example, our flex benefits program.
Your profile
You are currently studying for a bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Management, Communication, or Business Administration;
You are enrolled in a school/college within the EU;
You are available to start your internship between January and March 2024 for 6 months (exact timing to be discussed)
You are analytical, detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good communicator;
You have a motivated, flexible, and positive work attitude;
You speak and write proficiently in English;
Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and able to handle working on multiple projects simultaneously.
