Manager Data & Investor Reporting

NIBC is a dynamic and entrepreneurial bank with a strong presence in the Dutch Mortgages and savings market. We are seeking a talented and motivated manager to lead the Data & Investor Reporting team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the bank's data quality and in producing investor reports for our Dutch Mortgage Backed Securities and Originate to Manage (OTM) investors. This role is positioned in the Retail Bank Data & Investor Reporting team. A group of 11 data and investor reporting experts. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the bank's continued success.

What will you do?

  • Manage and oversee the Data & Investor Reporting team, providing guidance and leadership to team members.

  • Representative of the team towards investors, rating agencies and the Retail Bank management team.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate investor reporting.

  • Develop and maintain robust data management processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Responsible (together with the team) for adhering to the internal and regulatory requirements wrt Data (Data Quality Policy and Procedures, Data Governance, Data Framework).

  • Works closely together with IT and Business to bring NIBC Retail to a next maturity level on data quality and data governance.

  • Monitor the process of preparing and delivering investor reports, regulatory reports, and other financial reports for various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the bank's reporting practices comply with all relevant policies and transaction requirements.

  • Lead the implementation of data and reporting adjustment to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Participate in strategic discussions regarding data analysis and insights that can drive business decisions.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in financial data reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Knowledge and experience with OTM, securitizations and mortgages in general is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of financial data analysis, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in working with data analysis tools (PowerBI), financial reporting software, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and managerial skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Dutch native speaker and fluent in English

  • Experience with Data Management and specifically improving data quality is a plus.
