The Position

As a HR Support at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Provide operational and administrative support for HR and payroll processes, especially onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, such as updating employee records and maintaining HR databases.
• Process employee absences, retirements, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers seeking information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve complex enquiries or escalate to appropriate parties as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• MBO4, HBO, or studies relevant to HR and administration.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
• Proven experience providing operational and administrative support in the HR department of a highly regulated international or large organization. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related fields would be advantageous, but not required.
• A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be passionate about administrative roles, and have the ability to work autonomously while being a great team player. Additionally, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management are essential for this role.

About the Department

You'll become part of a fantastic team comprising three talented individuals in various roles and seniority levels. Your primary collaboration will be with the HR Business Partner and the Senior Director of People and Operations, to whom you'll report directly.
