About the Job

As our new Customer Experience and Planning Intern, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, in charge of Global deployment. Key objective of this internship role is to monitor, analyze, prevent Customer queries/complaints, which we receive from our mainly internal Danone customers on a daily basis, to plan & replenish stock for few countries in our scope & be a key actor in several core processes within our team.

Your main task will be to consolidate customer complaints from deployment. Analyse the case, identify root cause, corrective and preventative action and communicating back to the customers. Use system tools to track historical cases to prevent future complaints, drive process standardization (including ensuring accuracy of inputs from the customers). Support specific customer deployment planning activities along-side your peer planners. Actively plan one (few) countries within the scope and manage and support samples request / TTS Management/ Scrapping process. Consolidate and analyze key KPI (MTO/ Open orders), and support and contribute to weekly review with Sales Unites.

During your internship with us you will be closely supervised by Oksana RYZHYKOVA, the Regional SNU Deployment Manager. You will join an energetic and international team in charge of deploying stocks from our global distribution center, with about 2000 SKUs going to 80+ countries representing 25% of the SNU net sales.

You are a Bachelor or Master student in Supply Chain or related fields. You have a strong curiosity of further understanding end2end Supply Chain (process, stakeholders, operations). You are good at open & flexible communication with various functions/levels of stakeholders. You have the attention to details (fact finding, analyzing root causes, building preventive actions, involved in planning activities). You have a passion to drive and solve business challenges. You can show good Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in April/May for 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from Zoetermeer office 1-2 times per week.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
