OrangeQS is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain software for executing, automating, and reporting results of scientific experiments for our R&D and industry system offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend experiments API, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Quantum Engineering, System Engineering teams and our clients to improve their productivity using our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering.
• Supervising and training junior members of the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Python data libraries (Numpy, Xarray, Pandas, Dask, Bokeh, …) is considered a plus.
• Experience in building web applications (Tornado or its competitors).
• Basic skills in JavaScript.
• Proficiency in backend development and API design. Knowledge of database systems (SQL, TSDB).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
