Job Title: Convention Services Manager

Pay: $50,000 - $55,000

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convention Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of convention services, ensuring that events are executed seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute conventions and events from start to finish

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly

- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees

- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in convention services or event planning

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
