ABOUT THE JOB:

As part of our Operations Team, the Paint Booth Operator will play an important role in the preparation for our (inter)-national projects. Your work day will consist of fine-tuning the settings for the painting robot to get to a high application quality, you will be operating and servicing the two component paint pump and guiding the robotic arm to ensure consistent test results. You will document the test results and make sure these results are communicated with your team lead or the client. You will show great commitment to routine maintenance of the paint system and follow our safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Paint Booth Operator within our Operations Team, you will be responsible for:

• Performing tests in the paint booth to determine optimal settings for our painting robot.
• Operating a two component paint pump, utilizing a robotic arm for paint application.
• Documenting test results and ensuring proper communication on results.
• Conduct pump maintenance as part of routine responsibilities.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in the work area.

• Experience with paint application, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Technical proficiency, with the willingness to learn about operation of a two component paint pump and robot arm.

• Comfortable with the Office 365 suite for documentation purposes.
• Ability to perform structured work and handle repetitive tasks effectively.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
