We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing startup. This role is ideal for someone with agency recruitment experience or from an environment with high-volume hiring. As our recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our team by focusing on engineering profiles, working closely with stakeholders, and continuously improving our recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing startup. This role is ideal for someone with agency recruitment experience or from an environment with high-volume hiring. As our recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our team by focusing on engineering profiles, working closely with stakeholders, and continuously improving our recruitment process.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical as well as corporate roles, from sourcing to offer signature.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Use a range of sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including direct outreach, job boards, networking, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Ensure a positive and smooth experience for all candidates, from application to interview to offer.
- Evaluate and enhance the recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best talent
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve performance.
- Partner with marketing and HR teams to promote our company culture and attract talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced, high-frequency recruitment environment. Previous experience hiring for engineering or technical roles is a plus.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and team leads.
- Strong track record of meeting hiring targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
- Experience in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to a positive work culture.
