Royal IHC is seeking a Web Developer ASP.Net Core for developing Analyses Tools for our dredging vessels. With those tools it should be easier for our engineers to have an easy understanding of issues regarding our monitoring and control software and also for detecting performance improvements of the whole dredging process.
Within our business unit Systems we are experienced in creating software and hardware for automation on board dredgers. For this position you will mainly work together with colleagues from Product support, Digital and Software engineering. Since this development is new within Systems, it offers you a great opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to create a new and successful product.
You will be responsible for:
- The development of software that analyses and presents data on board our ships.
- In this role you will work together with several disciplines within engineering and Digital to create, integrate and test a solution for our automation systems.
We are looking for a full-stack developer with several years of experience with:
- ASP.Net Core & EF Core TypeScript
Experience with following is a plus:
- Docker containers
- Azure
- React
- Mendix
To be eligible for the position of Web Developer, you must have the following:
- BSc/Msc in computer science
- Experience with web application development in an industrial environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and teamwork abilities and skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work and think independently and take direction. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
